The purpose of this study is to develop an advanced
project management platform for plant construction
and to validate its effectiveness through empirical
demonstration. The ICM lab. will develop processes
and guidelines for the implementation of Advanced
Work Packaging (AWP), and validate its productivity
improvement effects through application in actual
construction projects.
